Management

Mr. Tredinick has a degree in electrical engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He has more than 30 years’ experience in IT and Operations, mainly at multinationals in the financial, retail and aeronautical industries. 

He joined Transbank in 2017 to lead the Operations and Technology Division, spearheading various initiatives, such as the company's technological modernization project (Journey to Cloud), improvements to the project delivery model, transformation to agile methodologies and platform operational stability. He was also one of the strategic sponsors for the technological and operational migration to the four-party model and participated actively in the company’s efforts to focus on clients, digital transformation and operational excellence. As of February 1, 2024, he has assumed the role of interim Chief Executive Officer of Transbank.

Mr. Blumel graduated with a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad de Concepción and a master’s in management sciences from Université de Montréal de Canadá.

Since 2006, he has been at the helm of Transbank's Marketing and Strategy Division, where he leads brand building for recognized brands, as Transbank and Redcompra, and the creation of products like Webpay, Onepay and Contactless. His exceptional contributions to the market were recognized in 2016 when he was honored with the MKTG Best award for being the best marketing manager in Chile.

Ms. Mora has a degree in systems from Universidad John F. Kennedy in Argentina, accompanied by over 20 years of extensive experience in risk management across diverse sectors, including technology, finance, and acquisition.

Since 2015, she has served leadership the Risk Division. In this capacity, she oversees critical areas such as operational risk, fraud, information security, and business continuity. Ms. Mora's wealth of experience and expertise has played a pivotal role in ensuring the robust risk management framework essential for Transbank's continued success.

Mr. Jara has a degree in IT engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) from ESE Business School at Universidad de los Andes. He has over 30 years’ experience leading IT teams, mainly in the technology and aeronautical industries.  

He joined Transbank in 2017 in charge of the areas of development, architecture, quality and technology vendor management. As of February 1, 2024, he has assumed the role of Operations and Technology Division on an interim basis, while continuing to lead the Development Department in a successful way.

Mr. Aravena graduated with a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and an MBA from Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya in Barcelona, this complements his over 20 years of expertise in systems, operations, risk, and control within the banking and technology sectors.

Mr. Aravena joined Transbank's risk team in 2024, showcasing his dedication and proficiency. He has been overseeing the Control Division since 2020, where he continues to contribute his seasoned skills to ensure effective oversight and governance within the organization.

Ms. Ledezma has a bachelors and masters (MBA) in business administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, along with postgraduate studies in digital transformation, innovation and e-commerce. 

She currently heads Transbank's Product and Innovation Division, where she is responsible for the innovation strategy and development of new solutions and digital ecosystems for the payment methods industry. 

She has extensive management eAxperience, leading commercial, marketing, payment methods and finance teams in domestic and international companies in the financial services, retail and technology industries. Ms. Ledezma is at the helm of innovation management and new product development, leveraging her extensive experience to drive forward-thinking initiatives and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Ms. De Gregorio holds a degree in journalism and a teaching license in history from Universidad Católica de Chile. Her academic achievements extend to a master's in strategic communication from Universidad Diego Portales – Universidad de Barcelona, Spain. With over 20 years of experience in senior executive roles within Chilean and transnational companies, she has notably contributed to the logistics, financial, and telecommunications sectors at a regional level. She has primely focused her career on corporate affairs and sustainability.

She joined the Transbank team in April 2021, where she continues to bring her strategic vision and leadership to the realm of corporate affairs and sustainability.

Ms. Álvarez graduated with a degree in business administration from Universidad Católica, complemented by over two decades of expertise in corporate finance, procurement, and technology.

In 2021, she brought her extensive experience to Transbank, as a head of the Administration, Finance, and Processes areas. Her extensive background and strategic acumen continue to drive excellence and innovation within the organization.

Mr. González holds a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana, an MBA from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Spain, and specialized coursework in corporate strategy and finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science in England.

With nearly 15 years of experience, he has consistently held leadership roles in the technology and telecommunications sector in Chile and internationally. In 2021, Mr. González joined the Transbank team, taking charge of the company's commercial division and overseeing strategic client relationships, further enhancing the company's trajectory in the market.

Mr. Bellagamba earned a law degree from Universidad Católica and an LL.M from the University of California, Berkeley. For over 15 years, he has practiced corporate, commercial and antitrust law at prestigious law firms and in leadership roles within companies in the transportation and technology sectors.

Since 2022, Mr. Bellagamba has been serving as the Legal Division Manager at Transbank, contributing his extensive legal expertise to the organization's strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Ms. Doren has a degree in business administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and over 20 years of extensive experience in commercial roles across the financial, telecommunications, and retail sectors.

In 2019, she joined Transbank to lead areas related to customer service and channels, and in 2023 she took a new challenge by leading the recently established Data and Analytics Division at Transbank. This division is dedicated to strategically harnessing the power of data, underlining her commitment to driving innovation and leveraging insights to propel Transbank into the future.
